ALL INFORMATION IS PRIVATE AND WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR LUV-A-DAD.
Who is Eligible?
Any father who was diagnosed with cancer and is either still fighting cancer or was stated to be in remission within the last three years. The father must still be paying medical bills.
-Father must have at least one child 18 years or younger
-Father must live in Colorado

Who Can Nominate a Family?
