What do I bring with me on the day of the event?
Please bring any fundraising dollars you have collected and not yet turned in, as well as your pledge form.
Is there a minimum fundraising requirement?
No, there is not a minimum fundraising requirement to join the race. However, we do encourage all participants to raise funds in addition to their entry fee. These funds go directly to the organization and help fathers with cancer in need. All participants have until 9:00AM on the day of the event to turn in fundraising dollars if they want them to count towards earning fundraising incentives.
Does my entry fee count toward my fundraising goal?
No, your entry fee is separate from you fundraising campaign and will not be counted toward joining any of the three fundraising clubs (Anaheim Club, Jalapeno Club, and Habanero Club).
Where can I send my donations?
All donations can be returned, with your pledge form to: Luv-a-Dad, P.O.Box 338141, Greeley, CO 80633. Or, you may turn in your pledge form and donations the day of the race at the registration table.
Do I need to include online donations on my pledge sheet?
No, all online donations are already recorded and do not need to be listed on your pledge sheet.
When do I receive my fundraising incentives?
If you raise enough money in your personal fundraising campaign to join one of the three fundraising clubs (Anaheim Club, Jalapeno Club, and Habanero Club), you will receive the perks listed on The Experience page. You will receive these perks the day of the event with the exception of the pillow blanket and Too Hot to Trot branded jacket. These items will be mailed to the address on your race entry form within one month of the event. If you want this address changed, please speak with a volunteer the day of the event.
